Dr Anu, was amazing, I have never been with a Dr that took the time to listen and make recommendations. You do not get that kind of treatment anymore.

There should have been an "excellent" box to check as Dr Agarwal was so awesome in every aspect of my check up. She explained everything so that I could understand, didn't suggest any unnecessary tests, was very caring......I could go on.

I chose Dr A because of the excellent care give my husband. She had obviously read my MyChart. ie she knew dates of past surgeries & how those conditions connected to my current concerns and need for a change in medications. She asked excellent questions about my symptoms and what to expect during the tests prescribed.

She saw results of my stress test and had an appointment set up for me as soon as possible. She then made sure I had an appointment for surgery to exam my heart. That had results showing may arteries were 98% blocked. So I would rate her outstanding.

This provider left me numb. She did not discuss any of the tests ordered for me - nor didshe even inquire how I felt or what outcomes were. That left me with many questions - I will not see her again.

I was doctors first "teledoc" patient. She seemed a little unsure about it all and distracted. I GET it, but really didn't feel the "appointment" was as good as it could have been had I been at the office. I didn't feel like the focus was on me and often all wasn't that what I should expect.
