Check-in was easy. Everyone was polite and helpful. Wait time was ok. Doctor explained the procedure that I will undergo.

Everyone was so pleasant and kind; with the exception of Gabby. She has the spelling wrong, should be grabby. She came in my room, never spoke, never smiled. She bruised my arm in three different places, do you think she showed any compassion for me - "I'm sorry, anything. Her hair was all in her face, guess that is why she could not find my vein, her hair blocked the view!!!! She needs to work in the supply room, not around patients.

The patient had severe edema of the foot and calves that subsequently required hospitalization. Cardiologist, while great at his subspecialty, only recommended seeing a heart failure nurse. That appointment was made without contacting us and wasn't even then made for two weeks after that appointment. Would have been serious consequences if we had waited until then to address the edema.

Dr. Sotolongo and his staff treated me with great care. My procedure was successful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I always have a great visit at Piedmont Heart and in fact the whole facility is a 10. Great people. Best doctors ever. Very professional. Way To Go Piedmont!!!!
