I've been under pain management for over 30 years and during that time I've only had two pain management doctor's that really cared about my situation. The very first one I was under and Doctor Russell. He really cares about what's going on with you and tries to manage your pain with methods to keep you out of pain as much as possible. I highly recommend Doctor Russell as a pain management doctor.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor better than Dr. Russell as well as his staff. They are all wonderful,always very patient and understanding and listen to my complaints and take them serious I don’t think there is a better doctor than Dr. Russell.

Dr.Russell listens to everything, even questions what’s going on, asks if we need to do anything different, what do I think, if wants to change meds, he asks, if I’m not comfortable about it, he’s very open and honest, works with me, even when I’m anxious, fighting migraines, moods, he’s so calm, patient, helps me. I’ve come so far with the help with him. I can’t even imagine what people would do without him. He’s amazing. We’re so blessed to have him as our Doctor. Have sent many friends to him already, and will continue too.

I could barely walk when I was referred to Dr Russell and I was told surgery would not help me. After trying PT. Shots in my spine several times. I gave up on my life. I didn't want to live in pain. Then, I met Dr. Russell and the first day I got my prescription, my pain was gone! For the first time in three yrs I could walk my dog with our stabbing pains. I been with this team going on four yrs. Without my pain mtg. I would not be alive bc I can't live in constant misery. But I don't have to. Thank God for Dr Russell and his team. Thank you all!

Again, I just want to let it be known that Dr. Russell and his entire staff are very professional throughout the entire practice. Very well mannered. Very polite and again. One of the very best doctors I've ever had as a pain management doctor, bar none! Also, there's been a few times where they had to reschedule my appointments because issues that maybe Dr. Russell had. I don't know with his personal life and this has only happened. Maybe two three times tops but each time they always get in touch with me and give me plenty of time to pick another date. Or usually they have already picked a date for me that coincides with my prescriptions so I don't run out and they are always readily available in case of any emergencies that may come up and they're really good about calling back. Each time I had to call and get in touch with him about a question I may have about my appointment or any of my medications or anything like that. Dr. Russell and his entire staff are more like family to me and that's the way I think of them. I don't just think of him as being a doctor, but more like a well-educated brother who loves his brother enough that he goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm well taken care of. I wish him the best and he's always in my prayers when I pray because I pray for everyone including his staff. I thank God for the day that I was referred to Dr. Russell as the pain management doctor. I've only had one other good pain management doctor who cared in this particular manner and that was back in 1991 long long time ago. Good doctors are hard and few and card to find again. I hope each and everyone that reads this has a wonderful and blessed day. God bless you all.
