Again, I just want to let it be known that Dr. Russell and his entire staff are very professional throughout the entire practice. Very well mannered. Very polite and again. One of the very best doctors I've ever had as a pain management doctor, bar none! Also, there's been a few times where they had to reschedule my appointments because issues that maybe Dr. Russell had. I don't know with his personal life and this has only happened. Maybe two three times tops but each time they always get in touch with me and give me plenty of time to pick another date. Or usually they have already picked a date for me that coincides with my prescriptions so I don't run out and they are always readily available in case of any emergencies that may come up and they're really good about calling back. Each time I had to call and get in touch with him about a question I may have about my appointment or any of my medications or anything like that. Dr. Russell and his entire staff are more like family to me and that's the way I think of them. I don't just think of him as being a doctor, but more like a well-educated brother who loves his brother enough that he goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm well taken care of. I wish him the best and he's always in my prayers when I pray because I pray for everyone including his staff. I thank God for the day that I was referred to Dr. Russell as the pain management doctor. I've only had one other good pain management doctor who cared in this particular manner and that was back in 1991 long long time ago. Good doctors are hard and few and card to find again. I hope each and everyone that reads this has a wonderful and blessed day. God bless you all.

Dr. Russell is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I have no complaints at all. He listens to me and takes my feelings into consideration. When it comes to my medication he works with me and hears me. He works with me and how I feel about the medication. He doesn't push medication on me. He's a very kind and caring doctor who puts his patients first.

The entire staff is just wonderful! My only issue is the new MyChart software that puts me in a phone loop where I can’t reach my providers for scheduling, questions, even refills (most of my meds aren’t even there). Dr. Russell’s office has always had a quick turnaround with contacts & a human you can reach. Now none of my Epic MyChart providers are available, and vice versa.

I could not be happier with Dr. Russell as my doctor and I would also like to say that his MA Kimberly is outstanding I wish every office I go to had someone like her. She’s deserves KUDOS if this office were to lose her I think I would end up going somewhere else that’s how good she is. She makes you feel relaxed has a wonderful personality to boot.

Dr Russell, Kim his triage nurse and the whole office staff have been a pleasure to work with. They have gotten to know me personally and we have an excellent relationship. Very kind and humorous which makes me feel happy and Especially Kim she is awesome she makes me laugh evertime I see her and is there with a hug when I not feeling well and does everything she can to make me comfortable and listen to me before she puts me in a room to see Dr. Russell. He is a great doctor, he has the best bedside manner, he takes time to listen to me and always ask how I'm doing as well as how home issues are because I've had some concerns in the past with my grown son. So Dr Russell just makes sure that I'm ok. I love all of them. Never once have I had a complaint about them. Excellent Staff.
