Dr Holst was very thorough with explaining the Iovera procedure. When I had the procedure he told Mr what he was doing as he was doing it. I highly recommend Dr Holst and have already recommended him.

Make sure they return to your exam room in a timely manner. If not, open the door so someone can see you. I spent three hours in the building. Called back more than 30 minutes after my appointment time to be called back. First nurse left the building. Doctor came in said one of his team would be back with a brace and exercises for me. No one came back. My file was in the pocket outside the door and no one checked to see if there were still patients in the building? Then they couldn't find the pages of exercises. 1:30 I was finally leaving and was the only car in the lot!
