I was confused as to why I was asked for my prescription card and for a referral. The girl said something about and update in the system. I would think the system can see I'm an employee so I do not need a referral but I guess it's not that advanced. So I had to sign something saying i didn't have one. For me I don't care because I know I do not need one but from a billing standpoint I get it since I do the hospital billing. This needs to be rolled out if not already when it comes to authorization as well ie mri catscan etc. If patients sign this form it helps billing tremendously when no authorization is obtained.

I'd like to say that I messed up on question number one, because I'm so used to one being whatever. But anyway, he did an excellent job. The whole office was excellent. Everybody was there, including the receptionist. When I couldn't get my bus on time, they even waited for my transportation to come, so that I can leave. And I felt very appreciative of that, because I would have had to wait outside the office and not have a place to sit. And everyone, the doctor, he knew my records. He knew everything. He gave me information that I didn't understand and would explain it. Everyone, the girl who did the scan on my leg, everyone was very, very, very, very nice. And I would definitely go.
