I have expressed this each time I have drove 4 hours to and from UAB. I am not only very impressed with the professionalism of the staff but have been blown away with the kindness of the staff of the Kirklin Clinic.
The UAB hospital staff were not all professional and friendly. Not sure if the 7th floor was under staffed, but there are several areas and issues that need to be addressed.

I enjoyed meeting the doctors and his nurse. They were amazing! They explained everything to me so that I understood what was going on with my mouth/jaw. I'm very hopeful about my future.
