The only issue is the waiting in between processes I feel is too long given the average age of the patients I myself arrived at 10am and left at 2pm
But the best thing was to be able to see Dr Ansari he is wonderful I would recommend him anytime

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ansari and the entire team of nurses, nurse practitioner, nurse anesthetist, and registration staff at Bascom Palmer. From start to finish, your professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect for my health inquiries were truly exceptional.
Although I was initially a bit apprehensive about the surgery, your team put me at ease with patience and thorough answers to all my questions. Just a few days post-op, I was amazed at how much my vision had improved — it exceeded my expectations!

I enjoyed meeting my Dr. what he do to my dry eyes, changed my life. I am very thankful to him why I was not sent before I will never know. Many people suffering from dry eyes. I have sent him 2 people already I have faith that I will see better. Today I say my eyes are not suffering. They have been in terrible shape. Thank you so much for all you did to make me comfortable

Excellent Dr. Zubair Ansari is an excellent professional, at all times his treatment was cordial, he explained very well with care what was necessary. He made an effort to speak in my Spanish language to make it easier for me to understand, I recovered my sight thanks to his extensive experience, and he knew how to manage with effective treatment the total recovery of my sight!
