Virtua had better find a better system for making appointments. I have spent 1-2 hrs waiting on line 3 times in the past week. This is not acceptable. Your phone system sucks!

Everyone was wonderful. I surely would recommend them to anyone to ask to be treated better. They were so kind and so understanding. I just love it when they're nice to old people, older people. You know, they have very great patience and all that is the most wonderful thing of all, their kindness and their patience.

Office staff in Medford were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Lines were long and they all moved at a snails pace.

At my prior appointment I was asked to drop off a disc to be reviewed prior to my most recent visit. At the most recent visit the disc was lost. My appointment was at 10:15 I didn't see the doctor until 11:00 AM

Overall, Dr.Mehta seemed to know her stuff and was patient and helpful. I had a few questions and she attempted to answer them, first in phone calls then on MyChart. I am still not sure why my X-Ray results have not been posted on MyChart even thoiugh it has been nearly a week since I had them taken.

Dr Mehta was great. As a retired Virtua pediatrician I found her to be informative, caring and above all a great listener.

Because of two locations on Rt. 73, Marlton, I went to the wrong building thinking I knew exactly where I was going. I allowed time but had difficulty locating correct building making me late. Tried to call the office but got only recordings. Not good. We need to be able to connect with a live person not a machine.

Dr. Told me to go to orthotics store to be fitted for a brace on my right foot, however dr. Didn't give me Rx to get fitted and the store wouldn't give me an appointment because they didn't have the Rx. I called the office a few times couldn't get through to anyone. I then stayed on the phone for 1 hour and 5 minutes until I got through! I am still waiting for the Rx or I hope that Dr. Mehta will fax them my Rx so I can make an appointment

My experience at Dr. Mehta's office was good. I have no complaints about the experience at the office. The only complaint that I have is it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for her scheduler to call and give me a schedule for when I can go in for an epidural. So that's the only complaint that I have is the slow rate of getting a schedule to call to give me a time for the epidural.

I had 7:30 am app. I'm thinking I had 1st appointment so I can get to work. The Dr. didn't come in until 8:30. How many 1st appointments are there? It's nice/ easy to make appointments online however, when there are questions you can't ever speak to the office directly. It's a long hold to speak to navigator who then miss directs you. The personal touch is gone. When I asked at the desk that day, how many 1st appointments are there? The answer was every 10 minutes? What? The Dr. couldn't have been nicer but the wait... and no apology.

I could not believe how on top of it the staff was. I had almost 0 wait time throughout my entire visit and I even gotten an x-ray. I was blown away by how effective they were and my doctor was so sweet.

Hello. Everything that was covered in the questionnaire was good and very good. Satisfied with everything. Doctor was great. The only glitch, and I know things happen, but it was very disturbing for someone in pain and having a hard time with their limbs to sit in the exam room for an hour between admitted to that room and the time the doctor appeared. The doctor did offer an apology, but I'm saying that's a long time. After I finished, I got no paperwork. All the doctors before I've seen, I've gotten paperwork from my visit. I did not get it there because I think the people may have been on lunch and you're sure it's staffed. But a person nicely did step in and wrote down something. We arranged it diverbally, hollering between different rooms.

I completed this survey after my initial appointment with Dr. Mehta so my answer to the question about being included in a treatment plan was based on getting scripts for X-rays and MRI. A course of action I assume will follow imaging results.
