My visits with this provider is very professional and educational. Some staff members are not professional and make you feel like you are bothering them. Is my first experience with this since the office moved.

First of all, the nurse was awesome. She listened to me and made me feel as though she cared about my health. When Dr. Walker came in she checked my feet to ensure that I had good circulation because I am diabetic. She went over my medication with me. She was very professional and deeply concerned about my health and home life. I love the way that Ms. Walker interact with me. I look forward to going to my visits. I thank God for Dr. Heard and his staff that takes excellent care of me.

This was my first time at Dr.Hread's office. I did not see him but I did see the Nrse Practitioner, Mrs.Walker. She was very very knowledgeable and she knew about my symptoms and medications before I had to explain to her for a new patient.

This provider had great limitations to my records because the recent changes of systems the hospita is going through. I have never seen the doctor on the a ppt time, She has always been very late seeing me.
