Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The doctor herself made me feel very comfortable and not rushed and she heard all my complaints unlike the doctor my husband seen about a month ago that rushed him in and out and didn't really do a thorough examination

At least give me eye contact, I thought she was pouting because because she deliberately acting that way oh she rolled her eyes at me.

The staff is very friendly. I would say there down to earth.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Ugabi, a breath of fresh air to say the least. She has a great energy about her that makes her extremely easy to talk to and open up to. Made me feel confident about feeling comfortable to ask for women’s wellness check up, something I felt I couldn’t do with any doctor before.

Not much, everyone was very nice.

Dr. Ubagi was very pleasant and thorough in this visit. I want to continue with her as my primary caregiver.

Dr Ugabi is great! I felt heard and seen. She made me feel reassured and I really hope to continue my visits with her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
All of the staff at this office were extremely kind and accommodating! Dr. Ugabi was a great listener and didn’t rush! She was also extremely proactive and didn’t make me feel like there was nothing that could be done, like previous doctors I have seen.

The doctor that saw me was awesome and she also brought in her Supervisor, which was also excellent. They spent time and talked with me and I didn’t feel rushed.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Doctor Ugabi is a new doctor from me and I absolutely love her, I think she's great. My visits with her have been thorough, as long as I can remember but I need to ask her about. She's very patient. I am never rushed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There is nothing that could have been done to improve my visit. In my estimation everything was excellent.
