Dr. Van Hoven is the bee's knees. The cat's pajamas. She's the best. Encyclopedic knowledge, rapier diagnostics, and an up-beat attitude that can make the most challenging consult feel like a dopamine rush. Clone her. Immediately.

Kudos to the entire staff ! They are courteous, pleasant, and very patient. Alina and Silvia are especially knowledgeable and helpful; whether it is on the phone, or at an office visit These girls always go out of their way to make everything easier for patients. They are a true asset to Dr VH's practice!

I had to wait over 75 minutes for the doctor to Connect to the telemedicine system and nobody kept me informed. I will never do telemedicine again.

I went to a wrong address. Called the office to say I would be late because of my mistake. On my late arrival at the correct address, the nurse & the doctor were very receptive and took care of me immediately.
