I can not express the gratitude I have for Dr Kilby. I was beyond scared and nervous with my first surgery and both her and the entire surgical staff put me at ease. For the first time ever a doctor listened to my concerns, did not dismiss my fears and made sure all my concerns were addressed and while no surgery is ever fun, made this as stress free as possible. On surgery #2 Dr. Kilby had my back when the anesthesiologist wasn't listening to me or my concerns and wanted to change things and do things differently. Would higly recommend her.

The only complaint I have is that I was canceled 3 times for this appointment. I am supposed to be checked every 6 months. The first cancelation was pushed out 6 more months. On the 2nd and 3rd cancelation, I had taken off of work and wasn't notified until I arrived for my appointment. I felt that I should have gotten in much sooner, especially since all the cancelations came from Dr. Kilby, not me.
That being said, I hope they can work out their scheduling better. I want to continue to be seen by Dr. Kilby and her staff.

Always enjoy seeing Dr Kilby. She did a fantastic job improving my vision extremely well with cataract surgery and I can actually read now without my glasses. I have one glasses since I was 11 months old. What a blessing she is. Extremely extremely qualified. Totally pleasant experience.

Having surgery on your eyes is a scary and emotional process. I left my appointment with Dr. Kilby assured I was going to be taken care of. She answered all my questions and informed me of the procedure. She and her staff are a wonderful team.
