please see my previous notes as I explained why Annie is such a phenomenal provider. Again, I cannot reiterate how important it is to me, to have a provider sit down and make eye contact during the visit versus standing up, rapidly typing and making minimal eye contact. Annie is a listener, and it is apparent that she cares for her patience in a very special way .

The only other thing about Anne that I may have missed is that she’s good about follow up and good about getting things done that are helpful such as x-rays or CT scans. As an older person and having had not such a great experience in the urgent care for St. Luke’s next-door, she has great interest in making sure I don’t have any broken bones when I fall!
