My primary care physician was terminated unexpectedly (and the practice shut down) in April. I had gotten to know and watch Dr. Brinkman's skills and attitudes pre-Covid when she treated an elderly aunt. I called her office to see if she was still accepting new patients; she was! I was edgy going into the appointment--new doctor, complicated medical history, what to expect?--and was relieved and elated when I walked out an hour later. Superb care, superb listener: Dr. Brinkman clearly respects her patients' opinions and experiences.
