Dr. Arbet has been consistently behind schedule in recent appointments, but making a newborn appointment wait nearly an hour is frustrating to say the least. She also failed to explain clearly how the bilirubin test would be done, leaving us very confused.

The wait is consistently long. This visit was especially long. The interactions with my child are lackluster and your explanations with me are poor.
