Dr Parks was thorough with my exam , answered all questions I had and explained the findings re my exam. She assessed possible interactions between my cancer meds and eye lubricants and was very reassuring. Addition to her medical skills, I appreciated her patience, interpersonal style and respect for my concerns. She is a wonderful doctor and person.

Dr. Park makes you feel comfortable the moment you enter her office, as she greets patients with her very pleasant demeanor. Most importantly, Dr. Park doesn't rush your appointment, taking time to answer and explain, in detail, any and all questions you may have.

The office is bright and clean, the receptionist and technicians are courteous and professional, and Dr. Park is patient, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Front Office staff was awesome in helping me get to the correct parking facility and physically walking with me from there to the office. Unfortunately, once in the office, the wait time was excessive and Dr Park was running late and had to rush through the appointment. That was disappointing. There wasn't time to ask some questions I had.
