Anna and her nurse, Hollie, made me feel comfortable, listened to why I had come in and worked together to try to figure out a diagnosis to why my wrist was so swollen. I also felt I needed a referral to the SSM orthopedic clinic to help me get some options to help ease the severe pain I am in due to arthritis in both legs. Anna said she would make the referral for me and I am now waiting to hear from the orthopedic clinic.

I sense that once you come in for a Medicare wellness annual check up the quality of care decreases. Or the problem could be the Dr/Np is being micromanaged but company policies that herd you through like cattle
