I expected my PCP to be more prepared for my appointment than she was. She said she didn’t “pre-chart” and ended up reading through lab results and other providers’ notes during my appointment.

Dr. G was amazing. She was thorough, knowledgable, professional, warm and very attentive even though her practice is clearly busy. I was very happy to meet her and am confident in and grateful for her care; so smart, kind, patient & a great sense of humor:) Looking forward to my ongoing care and relationship with these wonderful peeps!!

Dr had to spend to much time on the computer when she could have been more focused on me and the OV would be way more efficient and less time!!!!

My biggest problem with the care I am receiving is the inordinate wait time in the waiting room before being seen. A year ago I waited two and a half hours in the waiting room beyond my scheduled time for my annual checkup. This year I waited one hour in the waiting room and an additional half hour in the examination room. This is just unacceptable. I have been a patient in this group for approximately 40 years. This current situation is so disappointing, and I find myself considering moving to a different practice which I really do not want to do.

Dr. Giocondo is an amazing physician and person!!! She is a natural teacher and caregiver. She is intelligent, wise and caring. She truly gives of herself when seeing her patients.
