She listened to all my concerns and questions and gave very helpful answers. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great practical suggestions. I felt both seen and heard and that she was really present with me during my visit. I'm very grateful!

The whole team was extremely courteous and Anna spent so much time with me to help me understand the risks and proper care that would benefit me the most for my situation. She was over the top with helpful information and concerns
