We had to ask for lab slips after we were at checkout; I believe the assumption was that we would go to Renown labs for the required lab workups and so that would be e-transferred. Renown labs unfortunately not in-network.

This woman could have cared less about me or my scalp issue. it was perfunctory act looking at my scalp. she said, "I guess I should look at your scalp." She wasnt really intetested at all.

Anna is all these things. She cares, she listens, she explains, she gives me all the time I need and I trust her. Plus, she's just very nice, professional, and reassuring.

I did not expect to be seeing the nurse practitioner. It's fine but wasn't what I expected when I made the appointment. She was very kind and gracious but used medical terminology I did not understand. I had to ask what she meant several times.

the doctor is very caring and has properly diagnosed me. on this particular occasion it appeared she was a bit nervous seeing me as I had allergy issues which were effecting my as in my lungs and a cough. I was in the waiting room and the assistant called me on the phone to cancel my appointment and send me to urgent care I explained again it was the same issues I had last summer. She went back to the doctor and the doctor saw me.

she didn't explain about bleeding. she explained about the pain well. maybe i misunderstood about the bleeding
