Dr. Anna Dobosz was very kind and showed concern for my worry. She offered workable suggestions and made sure that I understood. She was just the right amount of friendly and professional. She was running behind due to time spent with another patient. She apologized and thanked me for being understanding. Her being behind did not impact the time she spent with me at all. I felt listened to, respected and received the help I needed.

Wait time was a little long....about 20 minutes late. But, Dr. Dobosz apologized and stated that the previous patient needed the time. I did not feel that this impacted the time she spent with me at all. I did appreciate that she acknowledged my wait time. This, alone, lets me know that she is aware and respectful.

Very welcoming & compassionate; takes the time to really listen in a way that you are seen as a person not just a bunch of numbers. Explains procedures and expected results very well. Excellent!

Dr. Dobosz listens and interacts in a way that makes me feel seen and heard as a person, not just a bunch of numbers from a lab report. She's wonderful.
