I fasted got there at 7 as instructed no one came in until 7:20.
Was weighed triageish, then sat at a machine and breathed for a while. I told the nurse that I probably messed it up because I am not used to inhaling through my mouth. She said it didn’t matter.
Nurse practitioner talked with me generally about how diets work. Said they didn’t need to do blood work because I had in file results 3 months prior.
Dietician gave me elementary information on what to eat, with handouts that were the same.
I expected to come away with a plan to fit my individual needs as stated.
I was out of there in 1.5 hours after scheduling for at least three.
I’m 60 years old. I needed real help.

Anna DeBell is an excellent practitioner! Her recommendations have improved my BMI, blood pressure, and major medical depression. I'm extremely grateful to her for her medical expertise.

It was Awesome, NP Debell and Dietician Tiffany, CCMA Hannah were all great.
The front office staff were great, great hospitality, greeting with a smile. Great atmosphere I would recommend everyone to the clinic...

My nurse Denetria and Anna, CNRP were very kind and friendly all of them were actually. Just a little problem with the office manager.
