The Staffs, Nurses and the Doctor were all batting One Thousand in courtesy, knowledge and Family embracement

The wait time is too long for Dr. Arciniegas. 2 hours waiting in the waiting room for her is too long.

I am sure there were extenuating circumstances. It was a very long wait. My doctor is worth the wait.

Waited over 4 hours to see the doctor without being informed she was running late. When finally seen by the doctor I expressed how unimpressed I was with the wait time and lack of communication regarding her running late. I have been seeing a nuro-ophthalmologist since I was 4 months old and that includes major university eye centers across 4 different states. And I expressed that I was confused why I wasn’t dilated even after waiting 4 hours. She told me I wasn’t going to be dilated and that she was only seeing me for nystagmus. I informed her I have major other issues that need to be addressed before my nystagmus. After expressing that to her she informed me that she will no longer be seeing me that day due to how she was being treated and that I was not a good fit for her. Due to my appointment being canceled and rescheduled by the doctor multiple times and how I was treated I will not be returning to Callahan.

I had surgery to correct double vision and my vision is worse than it was before my surgery.

My eyesight had recently changed.m Dr Arciniegas Bernal is outstanding and is familiar with my eyes. She wrote a new prescription. Always Outstanding.

We were so pleased with our 1st visit with Dr. Arciniegas-Bernal. Her staff was friendly and courteous. Check-in was easy. We were so impressed with Dr. Arciniegas-Bernal she was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. We are happy with our decision to drive from Tuscaloosa to receive such great care.

The front desk associates were very friendly and pleasant. The medical staff was caring and friendly. Dr. Arciniegas is a very positive, humble doctor, and she has a passion for her job. My all over experience was great!

The waiting room was filled and busy. The area was clean and the office personnel were polite.

Staff is excellent. Really love this Dr and her staff. The only minor complaint is how busy this office is, which is probably due to how good they are. We would highly recommend their service.

Dr. Arciniegas, is a wonderful and caring Dr. she is dealing with a lot with what's going on with my eyes, she has been so patient I am so glad she is my Dr.
