I feel so grateful to have Dr Ann Miller as my neurologist. She truly takes her time to answer every single one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explains things clearly, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about her patients. You can tell she is compassionate and dedicated to her work. I feel supported and confident in my care because of her. And her overall team and the staff there are amazing too! Highly recommend.

Dr. Miller, she's a wonderful person and she's a very caring doctor. I really like her and she spends a lot of time explaining everything about your health. I'm very grateful to have her.

My appointments with Dr. Ann Miller are usually every 4 to 6 months but I feel she knows my health circumstances very well - - - as if my health was her daily concern. The nurses in the convent where I live respect her also and feel comfortable to contact her. This past summer they referred to her about a severe case of edema (my legs) and an eye infection. Dr. Miller has warned me that she is planning to retire by 2027. I wish the Medical Fountain of Youth would make it possible for me to continue with her much longer than that. Dr Miller was great. Staff not so much. They failed to email me forms to fill out even after informing them I had not received them and confirming my email. I was rudely told when I arrived that I had 10 minutes to fill out the forms or the Dr would not see me. I had this appointment scheduled for 3 months and was only contacted about the forms 2 days prior. No Emails or information about these forms in my chart.

Dr Ann Miller is a rare find. An old school doctor who doesn't push you towards surgery. She was great! Highly recommended.

Dr. Ann Miller, she's a wonderful doctor. I came to her, I went to her with some concerns about my neuropathy from my chemo that I had some years ago. And she was able to go into my medical records, look at all my blood work, look at all the doctors, the notes that the doctors put in, either asked me to send her a copy of my vitamins so she can review them to see if it was something that I was deficient of or something that I'm getting too much of, vitamins. She just was like,

When I got there, I got there at 10 to 3. They told me I could not see the doctor if I didn't fill out all the paperwork at once. And the employees were not very professional. And when I got in to see the doctor and tried to explain to her, she refused to see me. I would like a phone call. I called Tacoma Radiant, and I was insured I was going to be receiving a call. It seemed that I was being discriminated against because I had questions. And your staff was very unprofessional. all over their arms. Unprofessional. And the doctor also was too. I had a severe migraine, my blood pressure was 160, and they sent me home.

Dr. Miller was phenomenal. She is very thorough. She listened to my concerns and asked the right questions to tease out the information she needed to know to make an assessment. I am very pleased. The only issue is with the front "of the house" in terms of having pre-filled paperwork on line and then having to do a paper form in a hurried manner because "they" did not have the paperwork. HMH needs to do a better job at making the paperwork filled on line works for offices.

doctor miller is one of my absolute favorite doctors she's or she's smart she does not rush uh... i feel very confident that i'm in good hands when she's treating me uh... the only reason i didn't give ten as far as recommending the center the facility is it's just fairly inconvenient to drive to and park right now with all the construction going on but otherwise very good
