This was an online visit and the nurse practitioner was great with everything but their internet connection seemed to be a little lagging.

NP Jane was so personable and caring. She listened to my issues patiently, then diagnosed and prescribed medications that helped me almost immediately! Jane was right - I feel like a “new” man after only two days. Thank you NP Jane!

This was a Telehealth appointment. The NP was a good listener, asked a lot of questions & explained what she was sending me.

My Husband and I were very pleased with our video visit with Jane! She was right on it immediately. Being an old nurse and caring for him for 50 yrs., I know what works very well. She was spot on wi5h his care! That hasn’t happened lately. We were and are so grateful and feel great to have this service now with BJC.

The Nurse Practinoner I spoke with was very caring and sweet. She listened to my syptoms and then set up a treatment plan. She was outstanding.

Great quick and helpful. I’m a mom of 3 under 5 and was able to get my illness under control so I could go back to momming!

Jane Engel did a phenomenal job on the telephone, on the video chat. And she was very compassionate and very knowledgeable. And just overall, it was a good experience talking to her.
