Dr Dao was wonderful. I never felt that she was rushing to get about her business. I have been disappointed in the urologists I have consulted during my years in Reno. Dr Dao and her staff were professional and kind. I have found another terrific physician and clinic to receive care from. Thank you!

There was a very short window between my referral from my PCP to my appt. with the new Dr. I was very happy w the Dr. I saw. I most certainly will continue w the Dr I saw. Dr Dao was very professional wect +quickly hile also listened coming up with a game plan that was well explained she gained my confidence and professional respect

Dr. Dao has been so helpful in making my medical procedure less scary. Especially since my first surgery for this issue didn’t go well and that doctor ended up loosing his license - it was hard to trust someone else but she’s been amazing and informative.

Dr. Dao and the medical assistant (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both fantastic. I was there for an embarrassing condition that is difficult for me to talk about, and they were so compassionate and helped me understand that I don’t just have to live with my condition and can instead try treatments. I was expecting a 15-minute appointment with a doctor who would tell me there’s nothing to do and just deal with it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Dao did an incredibly thorough exam, talked to me about all the things she was looking at and why, and spent over an hour with me. She told me about her diagnosis and went over all the different treatment options, and which ones she recommended we start with. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and in agreement with the treatments we chose. I have been dealing with this embarrassing condition for 16 years. I left the appointment feeling hopeful, relieved, and knowing that I found a doctor I can talk to openly. Thank goodness I found Dr. Dao!

Dr. Dao was just amazing. She explained every procedure, what she was doing and why. Then she reviewed all treatment options, pros and cons, before I decided what would be best for me. I was very impressed with her knowledge and care.

Dr. Dao was very thorough with the exception of talking too fast which is not her fault. I am from the deep south and have somewhat of a problem understanding someone who talks much faster than I do. Not her fault but my Southern upbringing.

I think that she's a wonderful doctor. She had zero judgment on me and I was embarrassed for the medical situation that I was in. She was very knowledgeable about all of my options and made sure that I knew them. And she also sent me an appointment where I could have this taken care of very quickly. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody.

I have confidence in going and recommending this clinic for women’s health. The speciality program is really needed. As we age so many personal issues come up and I am of a generation that is quiet about them and get embarrassed to ask.

Dr Dao was so accommedating and listened to all my concerns. Her team went above and beyond in all possible aspects. Alex the scheduler did so much work with the insurance I can't thank her enough. Dr. Dao's MA was there for me at the drop of the hat and I wouldn't have made it through surgery recovery without her.

This was my 1st visit to Dr.Dao and I really liked her. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable . Because she requested the urine specimens when I was there she has ordered a CT Scan and a cystoscope to check for any possible problems in bladder or kidneys or urinary tract. This is the 1st pelvic exam that I have had in years because of my age so I requested an exam when I discovered there was a Urogynocologist at Renown..
