While with Dr. Manfredini she was engaging and thoughtful and is a clearly knowledgeable and skilled provider. She saw my needs uniquely and never made me feel rushed. If the Dr does not have time to explain anything to a new patient and is depending on the staff to explain what to do next or where to go or to make a follow up appointment she needs to know the staff is not doing that.
