I was incredibly happy with my surgeon. He did a fantastic job on removing the organ out of my body. All the nurses were fantastic people, very on top of their jobs. They took care of me very, very well. I have absolutely no complaints. The food was definitely good too. Overall, like I would always come back to this hospital for really good care.

Dr. Zheng was so wonderful. To me, he seemed more like he wanted to be a part of YOUR team to improve your health as opposed to trying to be the Coach, or even worse, the Owner of YOUR team. He was thorough in his evaluation and talked with me cooperatively and respectfully. He patiently and intelligently answered my questions. In addition, he asked ME questions to better understand my unique situation. He stated up front to take time to research my options and to reach out with any follow-up questions. There was no pressure to schedule the surgery. This was true of the staff overall. Checking in was easy and friendly. When I left, I wasn't sure about having the surgery. There was no pressure at all to schedule anything. I was given the appropriate business cards and wished a wonderful day. All in all a great experience. Scheduling my procedure was simple and communication was so clear and easy. I will definitely recommend Dr. Zheng.

Very polite staff. Experts in their field. Very friendly. My gallbladder surgery and recovery went very smoothly, and I greatly appreciate the expertise and support provided by the entire team. Thank you for helping me get back to my normal life so quickly.

I was completely confused by the address: Virtua Surgical Group, 200 Bowman Drive, Suite E355, Voorhees, NJ. I was looking for a building or sign, Virtua Surgical Group. All I saw was Virtua Health & Wellness Center. I wasn't sure if this was the right place. Google searches should include the name on the building, or "Virtua Surgical Group, located in the Health & Wellness Center."

Well, I really like Dr. Zheng. He's very personable and very caring, and we discussed everything that needed to be discussed pretty much. Plus, I told him some stories, so he was very patient with me. And I really liked him. It was the first time I met him, and it sounds like, you know, he knows what he's going to do. It's almost like he had a plan in his head before I even, you know, started discussing certain things that I needed. And so, he listened to me so well that I really appreciated it.

Some of the questions are not applicable. Like did everyone treat you as a unique person. It's very hard to answer that question when you're just checking in and then seeing the doctor.

This doctor was great, the other one I had earlier was not good, last hospital stay that Doctor didn't listen and had horrible bed side manner. He did not treat the drain removal with antibiotics which lead to this infection/ hospitalization. The doctor this time was very good, listened, treated me like a person.
