I had a pulmonology lung test as well, a breathing test, and it was performed by [REDACTED] and she was amazing. Her instructions were so clear and her approach to guiding and being kind and courteous and also being patient through the entire testing period was phenomenal.

Dr. Lee was simply excellent. He had thoroughly reviewed my dad's file. Made a point to get to know my dad, his health and overall lifestyle. His lung evaluation was professional and comprehensive. He easily bonded with my dad, making him feel completely comfortable. Both of us felt we could ask any question and Dr. Lee patiently answered them. Highly recommend Dr. Lee. Thank you for excellent care.

He was 15 minutes late and, the doctor who was putting me down in the hospital. I specifically asked not to be scheduled with him. He was persistent in fat shaming me.

Dr. was great as always. The assistants at the front desk were so so helpful at getting the medicine I needed and explaining how to use it. Great experience

After the visit, Dr. Lee told me to call him if I had any issues. I called him after the visit and I have not received a phone call from him yet. So I'm not sure how to do that. I called the office and left a message and I left a message with virtual communication and have not received a call yet. I called him two days ago. I need to call from Andrew Lee when he gets a chance.

I felt that this visit my doctor was almost asleep and/or holding back considerably during the consult. Staff were excellent! But my doctor wasn't his usual interactive (in terms of our discussion about my care) self. Strange visit. I'll be back and make a decision if it repeats. He may have just been having a bad day personally?

I've always been treated exceptionally well at all the virtual pulmonary offices by all the staff and the doctors. And in this particular visit, they took me in as a walk-in as I was coming back from cardio rehab and had low oxygen due to a medicine change. And they were able to resolve my problem ASAP. And I appreciate their help.
