Dr. Mays is SO thorough and made sure that I understood every aspect of his evaluation of the issues with my eyes. He explained in detail what procedure to follow and what to expect. All this in a genuinely caring way as well as making me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

The main reason for my score is Dr Mays. I would not want any other doctor than him. My complaint is the amount of waiting time past my appointment time. I realize I don't know the reason for this, but in the future I will make my appointment at 8:00 instead of 9:35. It seems he was the only physician on duty.
