The staff was courteous. The Doctor was highly proficient and the facility was clean and quiet. The experience was faster and less painful than I had imagined.

Great Dr and staff. Efficient. I was really dreading the procedure but it didn't hurt and was over very quickly. My only downside was removal of the contact afterward. It really hurt. I blurted out a profanity which shocked even me. Sorry about that.

Dr.Mays did a great job on my 2 recent cataract surgeries.

Everything was clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Mays explained everything being done and why. He discussed future treatments and what would be best way to handle. I felt like everyone was trained and knew what to do ... as opposed to some office visits I've had with other doctors where nobody knew what was going on.

I think the Doctor is fantastic. Only real negative is that there are insufficient personal to handle any Portal messages- needs more staff

The receptionist was very helpful in filling out the paper work. The offices were very clean. Dr. Mays assistants were very helpful. Dr. Mays very great informing what he was doing,
