Easy parking, appointment was quick and on time, on site lab with no wait, Dr. Land took his time and didn’t seem rushed at all during my visit. Outstanding experience. I feel very fortunate to get this level of care outside of a concierge practice especially given the current primary care climate

Dr. Land addressed all of my concerns and stated that he would send a message to Dr. [ ] to address the issue he did not have an answer for. Additionally, the two technicians who completed the venipuncture procedure were very professional in their interaction with [name], who was not able to follow instructions because of his Alzheimer’s condition.

I love Dr Land, he listens to what I need to say. The lady that takes blood for the labs is great at what she does. I have small, rolling veins, she has no problem sticking me. My only complaint is that sometimes when I call there, it is hard to get through. That is the only complaint.

Staff was wonderful and efficient. Dr Land was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Biggest drawback is how long it took to get an appointment, but that is likely a testament to the high quality of care!

All caregivers were kind and attentive. Somehow my phone went missing. I was able to get back to the recovery room. One person was a lifesaver in that she helped me find my phone. In the laundry hamper.
I don't know this person except by her 1st name, Shay. Please thank her for me.
