From the moment I check in until I check out I receive prompt, courteous service and care. And I also have the best physician in town-and the state!

Dr. Land and his team are phenomenal! He is incredibly kind and attentive! He always takes his time to listen and explain information! He always refers us to the correct specialist to make sure we are taken care of!

THEY ARE EFFICIENT, THOROUGH, POLITE, AND GO THE EXTRA MILE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL IMPORTANT AND ACT LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU. I LOVE DOCTOR LAND. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPASSIONATE, PERSONABLE AND THOROUGH. HE SETS THE STANDARDS FOR WHAT A DOCTOR SHOULD BE. I CONSIDER DOCTOR LAND AS A FRIEND OF MINE. HE IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND YOU CAN ASK HIM ANYTHING.

Front desk folks need to be more welcoming and professional. Less eating, talking with one another. I felt like I was imposing on them when I was making my next appointment and paying copay.
Smiles and greetings can go a long way at a medical facility where folks possibly are not feeling well or are worried about test results.
Dr land, his nurse and the technician that draws blood were all extremely kind. It's too bad I left with a no care attitude from the front desk. They are ambassadors for that facility. Sorry to be grumbling but you asked!🙂
I truly love UAB. My family has always had such wonderful caregivers.
