THEY ARE EFFICIENT, THOROUGH, POLITE, AND GO THE EXTRA MILE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL IMPORTANT AND ACT LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU. I LOVE DOCTOR LAND. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPASSIONATE, PERSONABLE AND THOROUGH. HE SETS THE STANDARDS FOR WHAT A DOCTOR SHOULD BE. I CONSIDER DOCTOR LAND AS A FRIEND OF MINE. HE IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND YOU CAN ASK HIM ANYTHING.

Front desk folks need to be more welcoming and professional. Less eating, talking with one another. I felt like I was imposing on them when I was making my next appointment and paying copay. Smiles and greetings can go a long way at a medical facility where folks possibly are not feeling well or are worried about test results. Dr land, his nurse and the technician that draws blood were all extremely kind. It's too bad I left with a no care attitude from the front desk. They are ambassadors for that facility. Sorry to be grumbling but you asked!🙂 I truly love UAB. My family has always had such wonderful caregivers.

Dr. Land is the best doctor. Very thorough and kind. He listens and has great recommendations. He is attentive and makes sure to spend quality time during the visit. I never feel rushed or that I am wasting his time.

Dr. Land is extremely thorough, he reads our chart before entering the room. He is conversant on the latest occurrences in our health. He is kind, compassionate, honest and provides realistic suggestions and direction. His follow up is outstanding . We were referred to him by a RN at UAB when [Name] had triple bypass and have appreciated his professionalism and physician knowledge.
