I think Dr. Land is the nicest, gentlest, and most competent doctor I’ve ever had and the phlebotomists in the office are very kind, gentle, and professional too.

The new location is more easily accessible. The clinic visit was efficient. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to me and was attentive to my needs.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY THOROUGH FROM CHECK-IN UNTIL I FINISHED MY LABS. THE CHECK-IN STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE TECH THAT GOT OUR BASIC INFORMATION BEFORE DR. LAND CAME IN WAS VERY GOOD AND NICE. DR. LAND WAS VERY THOROUGH AND LISTENED TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND IS A GOOD LISTENER. HE PUTS YOU AT EASE, AND YOU KNOW IF A PROBLEM ARISES, HE WILL HAVE A GOOD IDEA WHAT TO DO OR WHO TO SEND YOU TO. THE LAB TECH TOOK MY BLOOD, AND I BARELY FELT THE NEEDLE. SHE WAS VERY NICE AS WELL. IT'S WORTH DRIVING ALMOST 90 MILES ONE WAY, FOR THE PRIVELEGE OF HAVING A GREAT HEALTHCARE TEAM TAKE CARE OF ME.

The front people could be a little friendlier but they weren't rude. Would be nice to enter the office with a greeting that is like the people in the office. The nurse, doctor and lab were friendly.

I have a lot of Doctors, but they don't come close to being as professional and friendly, as Doctor
Land. He is a wonderful caring person.

Everyone was kind. I was having a really hard time and the doctor and the person that first saw me before and after dr land noticed I had been crying and she showed compassion. I also love the new plants. Also, the young woman who took my blood, was so kind and helped me not be nervous about it - So thankful for all of them
