After the tanyard road office canceled My appointment that was really hard to schedule in the first place, and I rearranged my whole schedule for an appointment, I was able to schedule with this office for the same day. I didn't have to wait long once I checked in. Dr Kim took his time to answer all of my questions and to go through all of my labs with me. I was very pleased and will return to this office.

All staff were professional, educated me on possible solutions and included me in those decisions. It was team work st it's finest.

I like your facility with ample parking when I arrived in your office there were no other customers and four receptionist at the window but no one greeted me or ask if they could be of help. They all seem busy until I pick one on my own. The nurse that took me to the back and took my vitals was pleasant and, the young lady [REDACTED], that assisted me before the doctor came in, was very delightful professional. Dr. Kim seem adequate. Although it would be more reassuring if you use gloves or wash his hands just before addressing(touching) the patient which I'm sure he does, but I like to see it.
