While I wish I didn't need to have a surgery, since I do I'm very glad to have Dr Jung performing it. He's already done one other surgery for me and that went very well and this one, while more involved, has been handled with equal professionalism and kindness.

Dr. Jung was amazing. He was knowledgeable, caring, patient, and made sure he explain things in a way that I was able to understand. In addition, he took time to draw a pictorial of what was going on inside of my body, which gave me a new knowledge of understanding as to how hernia work. I'm very grateful to have them as my doctor and I feel totally confident in his abilities.

This was an initial consultation for surgery. Dr. Jung explained exactly what was going on and the surgical options for treatment. He was an excellent communicator and put me very much at ease.

Dr, Jung and the surgical and anesthesiod team were excellent not only with the results of procedure but leeting me know exactly what to expect before, during and post- operation. Everything was done with in a considerate and yet efficient and informative manner!!

Dr Jung was very clear and exhaustive in the presentation of the medical issue and possible solutions. He used simple language and used a piece of paper with text and diagrams to explain options. He responded to a few questions and anticipated many of those that I would have asked. He thoroughly explained the routine to schedule surgery and the expected post-op routine. He assessed risks and side effects.

Although there have been some pain complications from the surgery, I think I am just unfortunate in this regard. Dr. Jung explained things well and gave me an option for next steps.

I would have liked to have heard about how the robotic surgical process would be performed, success rate, and normal post-op results as it pertains to me. It would be helpful to have a video or handout on the robotic surgeries performed by the doctor and team to orient patients.

He was excellent. He patiently explained my condition in layman terms, and explained exactly what he would do to correct it. He allowed me to all questions, and told me to reach out if o thought of any additional questions. I feel very confident that he would be the ideal surgeon for me.

Dr. Jung was very thorough, spent plenty of time with me and provided valuable confirmation that a previous surgery I had concerns about that I was still having concerns about was performed correctly and my options going forward to try and resolve my lingering symptoms
