I felt dismissed. He made assumptions about my reasons for being there and was condescending. I felt as if I needed to defend myself which was awful. he though I'd think about his recommendations and, in time, agree. But I'll never return.

Dr. Herrin seems more friendly & comfortable with each year's exams. He asked & was concerned w/my taking _____ and asked I follow up w/my personal doctor - I like he was concerned. And my family doctor, Dr. Gaines, wouldn't even return call.

His wording was not encouraging. He just had a demeanor of "un-seriousness" concerning me. I just HOPE he had good intentions for me, but lack of expertise in getting his medical message across.

Dr. Herrin has been my OB for more than 10 years. He delivered both of my girls and was very compassionate during a miscarriage and struggles with infertility. I strongly recommend him!!!

Minimized my concerns, told me to "toughen up" when I asked about pain I was experiencing, asked me if I was "just trying to get pregnant" when I refused birth control. VERY DEMEANING. Had his hands behind his head and feet kicked up on his desk during our entire conversation.

Dr. Herrin is the only doctor I have ever been to that I felt listened to me and took time to talk w/me and answer all questions. Very impressed by care here.
