I have recommended doctor Habib to friends and family. And that is because Dr Habib is a very understanding thorough physician. He listens to your concerns and will take the time to explain. The staff is wonderful. Rachel goes out of her way when taking your vital signs to make sure you're relaxed. I am very thankful for Dr Habib and his staff. Sincerely Judith

I was very pleased with my whole experience at the Dr. Habib's office. Everyone was courteous and listened and gave advice. And Dr. Habib especially was very professional and courteous. And I'm very glad that I'm going to be using him now as my primary. Thank you very much.

Couldn't get appointment as soon as possible and asked another healthcare dr to intervene. Office staff was just following protocol until dr habib spoke with them on my behalf and now they are aware of situation. Very happy with visit.

the one thing I don't like is the central office(s) that answer your calls. They are not knowledgeable and keep asking questions about you, i.e., taking your phone number so if you get disconnected they can return the call. I have been disconnected prior to this call and they never called back. I wish the telephone calls go directly to the doctor's office

My visit to Dr. Habib was fine. However, I have a huge complaint/issue regarding how HMH receives inbound calls from patients like myself. When calling the doctor's office, I'm automatically routed to an external call center instead of the office; this should be disclosed by the call center. Unfortunately, these call center agents have given me incorrect information about the practice, and it only adds another layer that I have to get through before actually speaking to someone in the office. This gatekeeping method used against patients by HMH is a horrible business practice, does not humanize the experience and has wasted my time on several occasions. Get rid of the call centers so that patients can quickly speak to the office.

Dr. Andrew Habib is humble, courteous and well-versed. He is a good listener. He cares about his patients. I would not change him for anything.
