Dr. Fortugno provides excellent care, very thorough and personable. His follow up call next day is important and shows real interest in his patients.

The resident and supervision physician I worked with were very patient-forward in their interactions. They efficiently and thoroughly handled my concerns and were able to complete services fully in the office during my visit. I felt my concerns were taken seriously and I was very happy with the care I received

I had to wait 2 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment time before I even saw a provider. Then, it was another hour before the appointment was done, even though the consultation time was 15 minutes and the procedure took only another 10 minutes.

More time to sit down and talk would be nice. And I just don't remember if I saw the doctors clean their hands but the resident did put on gloves.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. However, once I finally asked about the wait time, things did seem to speed up.
