What else would you like to say about your experience?
Provider was rude and appeared to be annoyed. His matter of fact demeanor could benefit from attending courses on how to develop a bed side behavior. Was tempted to leave because it appeared that he didn't take time before the visit to take notice of what was in her chart.we didn't feel comfortable with the visit and was quickly dismissed. We left with no supporters paperwork from the visit. Extremely disappointed

It was a video conference with the Dr. we had some audio problems but we worked through it. We did know which side caused the problem.

I thought Dr. Kao was very rude. I understand my condition on what happened to me in the past. But he was not friendly did not check the fact that I had lost a lot weight. Nothing positive. I recommend he should treat his patients a lot better , there was no greeting. Did not want to hear anything I tried to explain to him very bad experience.

I didn’t have to wait. The nurses were great and Dr Kai is the best ever. He always listens and never rushes me.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I have been fortunate to have Dr. Kao as my cardiologist for many years and l am still managing life alone at age 95 and doing well quite well exercising in group rehab, driving etc. l credit he and his team. Thanks much!!

Everyone was very courteous, gave me good service. I love this service. The people were very nice and who waited on us. Very courteous. You got good service there. I would recommend anyone to come. Very good service.

Dr. Andrew Cowell is a very compassionate cardiovascular surgeon and physician. I'm grateful that he is my go-to for my cardiac problems and I think you need to give him a raise, a big one.

I was rushed in and out. Asked questions and not given time to answer. Felt unimportant. Not shown my test after asking what was wrong. Very dismissive to me. That hurts because I love St Luke’s.

Physician unattentive, irritated when he had to repeat himself, talked into the chart not me. Short and brief did not want to be there examining me

The Doctor had no bedside manners. I dont feel like he even listened to me. I will not be going back to him in the future.

I was well treated and cared for by every staff member … and the doctor was extremely attentive and explained everything to me making sure that I understood everything about my procedure…
