Dr Bradberry really seemed to connect to my son. My son doesn’t trust easily but he loved Dr Bradberry. He felt listened to and felt the dr cared.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
No, they are great! So glad we moved to this clinic.

Dr. Bradberry may be the best doctor I’ve seen in years, He encourages you and motivates you to do better. He never talks down to you. I wish more doctors were like him.

Dr bradberry is the best doctor I've had and I've had alot. He is truly interested in me not just as a patient but also a person I look up to and call him friend.

Since I have been going to Dr. Bradberry i have been receiving the best care I could hope for. He has done more for my health than any other Dr. Or registered nurse practitioner. Both my wife and I are very happy with our new Dr. Bradberry

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during the check in process. Heather did a great job taking my history and answering my questions as well as listening to my health goals. Dr. Bradberry is very attentive, informative and helped me with a plan to improve my health. The customer service from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor to the check out is by far the best experience I've had at a medical facility. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing at this time from my point of view. Don't lose sight of great health care options that don't include a pill for everything. Customer service is great keep it up. In my opinion Unity Health North Cabot is the Chick-fil-a of medical clinics that I have been to.

Dr.Bradberry is always very informative, knowledgeable, personable, and willing to listen to my concerns. He makes you feel like family. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and feel great about my health.

Best drs office experience that I have ever had never had a dr spend so much time with met at his staff had to come tell him that he had other patients waiting and then after that gave me probably another 20 minutes! I loved that about our visit

Clear cut direction, giving me a great medical plan. following up with results of test, and finding a Dr. who is not rushed with us and spends the time for spirtual, mental. and physcsl healing.

Dr. Bradberry was let me tell my side of the story as it pertained to a hospital visit and show empathy and understanding of that I was no longer that patient that presented in that visit in 2024.

Dr Bradberry was very patient and listened to me and what I had going on and made sure to make me feel comfortable and give me recommendations to do at home and to better my health overall would highly recommend

I don't feel that there was anything else they could have done. They were very friendly, understanding and compassionate all the way through my visit and this was my first time. Looking forward to this being my full PCP

As a first time patient, Dr. Bradberry took the time to talk and listen to my concerns. He was thorough in is explanations. I did not feel rushed. I left feeling I made a good decision in choosing Dr. Bradberry!

Dr. Bradberry personally messaged my test results. I was able to get the bloodwork results with his feedback and make a plan on the portal. I really appreciated that he took the time to do that.

It would be nice to have an extra person sometimes at check . They receive many phone calls and the two ladies up front are really juggling at times

Dr. Bradberry does an outstanding job explaining in simple terms what is wrong and how we are going to fix it. He takes time to discuss overall health issues and not just focused on one thing at a time. He is professional yet friendly and puts you at ease. He ensures test results are made available in a timely manner. Super guy!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing. I walked in to make an appointment. The office opened at 10 due to inclement weather. I was fully expecting and was totally OK if the appointment was for the following week. I walked in at approximately 1002 and the lady ask me if 1015 would be Ok. I ask what day and she today. Of course I accepted. Don’t know how you can beat that.

Dr. Andrew bradberry was really great at listening and asking questions. He is a very down to earth dr and I so appreciate that. He makes me feel very comfortable. He has me on the right tack to better my health. I love this dr.

Dr Bradberry is very kind listens to you and very interested in any issue you maybe having . His office is always open to his patients. As a Doctor, he's never in a hurry wants to make sure all questions you have are answered , that's very important to a patient makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Bradberry’s compassion and relaxed body language in a new patient visit. Very thorough very knowledgeable and wants to involved in my future healthcare.

Nothing. The clinic and the doctor were everything I was looking for at this time of my life.

Dr Bradberry is one of a kind doctor. The doctors I see for myself can not compare to him. My granddaughter 13 yrs old has been seeing him for about 6 mo and he has helped her so much. He’s very caring and lights up the room when he walks in. She feels he really cares about her.
