I felt she was not prepared to answer the questions I had regarding the follow up to my hospital stay. she was direct in stating that she would contact Dr Singh regarding answers to my questions

She was very nice, and I didn't really have any issues, so it was quick and easy.

I chose very good. My preference would be a 4.5 because very good would imply perfect which they were very close to but as we all know, nobody is perfect so I chose the higher of the two in this case five.
