She's very good at her job as far as I could tell. I would have appreciated it much more in person instead of on a television screen. I guess I'm sort of old fashioned but when I go to a doctor appointment I expect to visit with a doctor that is in the room with me. On a TV screen she can't rely on anything other than what she sees virtually. She can't see the real me

Andrea was very good at explaining every thing. Iowa heart seems to have a communication problem internally in their organization. I recently received an ok to use lovinox as a bridge for total knee replacement. I had the surgery several weeks earlier.

I have no issues with her examination. Very nice person and took the time to answer all my questions. I just think it's absolutely pathetic it takes that long to get back to a person.

I am happy that she checked my Medtronic pacemaker AFib occurrences (to tell me I had none) that are remotely/periodically sent into Medtronic before my appointment. She will be a great addition to the Carroll staff

My only complaint is the length of time it takes to make an appointment via phone. I haven’t tried the online scheduling but plan to as phone took over 40 minutes. Then I tried to call regarding my lab work as how long to fast and never did reach anyone.
