The way that she talked to my son to make him feel comfortable, and dealing with emotional discussions. She makes the kids feel really comfortable. "She" is Dr. Sorensen.

My son has a lot of different needs- and when we went into the office a few days ago they made us feel comfortable, heard, welcomed and she goes ahove and beyond to make my son feel safe and comforable.
