The medical staff is the main reason for the '10' rating ... their attention to my conversation during the visit makes me feel like I am an important part of my care discussion. Also, their knowledge, the completeness of the exam, professionalism and their overall friendliness. All of the other staff is professional and friendly.

My provider CRNP was great, listened to my concerns and was very helpful making plans to address them.
