Andrea Boohaker is absolutely awesome! And her staff, Erica CMA! Andrea explains everything in depth to where you know the treatment plan she has prepared for you!

Andrea the NP was very compassionate and showed concern. The staff member in the hand clinic was very thorough with instructions and had a compassionate spirit. I had a great experience and would recommend it to family and friends.

Difficulty parking. Too many duplicates of questions asked each time another health care worker interviewed me. Not being able to fill out my health questions and answers online ahead of time. Having to use a paper form to answer questions even though I have difficulty writing. Typing is easier for me to do.
The medical professionals I met and interacted with were outstanding.

They all were great. Only exception would be the way the ladies at the first counter checking in would do by calling "next" but not saying where to go. I initially got confused when the "next patient" was called and when I started attempting to find the place where it was called from I ended up back in line at the back of the line and I had to watch and pay closer attention to whom was calling out. This should be made easier to understand where to go. I do attribute this to a bit of laziness from them. However once at counter the lady at the counter was relatively nice. Leaving However when asked to get a follow up with the nurse practitioner ( I've forgotten her name again... no wait Andrea....) I initially forgot the nurse practitioners name and the lady seemed aggravated by it saying that there are numerous nurse practitioners.... after a couple of names she asked me that I said no she told me she could just look it up. As she was looking it up I remembered and told her and she replied "I've got it"
So my point in saying this is hey yall asked how the visit was and I'm telling you. Everyone was great that was PAST THE INITIAL COUNTERS AND THE LAST COUNTER WHERE FOLLOW UP APPTS ARE. To me it seems that whole bunch are not at all happy working the job that they are working. Reminded me of going to get a tag renewal or something. Thanks
