The summary from 7/14 are inaccurate,complications and benefits explained: No, I wasn’t handed any instructions or pamphlet or anything. I was asked to sign consent before hand that’s about it. I also asked for the lidocaine that’s an INJECTION not a spray. Getting this inserted in hurt more than the first time.Patient questions answered: NoPatient agrees, verbalizes understanding, and wants to proceed: NoOutside of asking for my old IUD, you didn’t inform me or debrief me of anything else after insertion. Complications (after insertion) : yesThis insertion should have not been this painful. This isn’t my first IUD. When I mentioned the pain during measuring I was ignored. Post procedure instructions given: noI had to ask For them at the front desk. No aftercare was given or other instructions besides putting my clothes on after insertion. Patient will follow up for string check: noI wasn’t aware I had to follow up for a string check
