Once I was in the room and seen by the provider, it was a great visit. I felt heard and like my concerns were taken into account. I received a lot of information and explanations of things. The provider made sure to check in with me a long the way that I was understanding everything and asked if I had any questions.

Did not know past medical or recent medical history. Lack of concern or empathy.Appeared lack of professionalism & lack of maturity. Will not return to his office. Will definitely change doctors.
