Though the question regarding provider giving info on my medical plan it was not relevant to getting blood tests. Other than that I would say the staff was very efficient.

The NP that I saw answered my questions and put my mind at ease. The girls checking me on we're very courteous however the girls checking me out need to be retrained on customer service.

Everybody was courteous and nice. The only thing I would say is that I'm not sure if provider knows what to do when it comes to stomach diagnosis or pain. This is not normal for a patient to experience this type of pain for six days and then also to feel like there's nothing that they can do to alleviate the pain that they're in. I feel helpless right now. I really wish someone would listen to me. I honestly don't like Jefferson Hospital. I went to the ER and they did not treat me for my pain as well either. Not sure if any Doctor knows how to do their job when it comes to this. But I am gonna look for someone who does.

Lose the question, "did everyone treat you as a unique person". What does that even mean? Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. No complaints.

My appointment went well and I was seen in a timely manner. The nurse was very nice. The provider discussed things with me and hopefully we can find out what is causing my problems. Unfortunately upon leaving the exam room,I saw 2 checkout spots and I of course headed towards the one closest to the exam room and stood there. The representative whose name is [REDACTED],did not acknowledge my presence at all,then I said check out? who wants to check me out? and I was standing right in front of her and she still did not acknowledge my presence! Never looked up from her computer. The second representative said,I can take you here. It was really offensive to me to be ignored like that. The second representative was very nice to me.

My experience with the nurse practitioner was a 10. She was very kind and thoughtful, pleasant and helpful. I wish I could say that for the staff, they were not friendly and even on the Rude side. I don't want this to affect the doctor because she was wonderful like I said. The staff was very a matter of fact and seemed disturbed when I questioned a few things.

I felt very comfortable from ladies at front desk to Nurse tgat came to get me. Made me feel very comfortable in examine room. Dr. Anastasia is awesome, very helpful and allowed me to understand all that needed to be done. Thank you

It's a shame we cannot see doctor [REDACTED] and till october.She's a very good doctor but her nurse practitioners are also very good.Also I felt comfortable with anastasia, and she explained everything's very thoroughly

It was a mystery as to what I was actually going to have surgery for, even though I discussed my bowel, where it could come out of my butt might change place. I didn't say we're going to fix those holes or fix them up the inside, or we're going to fix the hemorrhoid one and two. And if so, what are we going to do? What method are we going to choose? And what are the guarantee success of the different various interventions and why? So that's it. Thank you.

My appointment was at 7:30 am, which is much easier for me, and my waiting time was quick. Had a lot of pain on my upper right side, and I was quickly offered a wheelchair to the room, got checked out, had my questions answered for my upper GI & COLONOSCOPY PROCEDURES, scripts & back to the car after my appt was done. As always, they were professional, courteous & you can always smile. Great job, everyone. Have a blessed day.

What needs improving is to have the reception office communicate with the actual doctor that the patient has arrived because they had us not showing up and we were there for an hour. Thank you.

Bloodwork was ordered, but never instructed if it should be fasting or non-fasting. I called to ask and was told it could be non fasting. CMP Bloodwork which includes glucose levels should be a fasting Bloodwork. I ate a sugary substance and hour before bloodwork, so glucose levels were high. Now it will have to be re-tested with my primary care physician.

My first time seeing a PA instead of an MD(a visit to see {redacted} would have been 4 months out) . I was pleased that the care / concern was outstanding. Plan of care/ treatment plan was beyond excellent. I felt I was in wonderful hands and am very grateful.
