I am disappointed with the visit that I had being that my concerns were basically dismissed- no plan of care or even a discussion on ways to prevent my issues from occurring. I feel that my time was wasted on this day.

The nurse and the staff at checkout were great, very friendly amd helpful; but the doctors and the staff at the front desk seemed distant, disinterested, and even dismissive.

Wasn't happy with new doctor. All she cared about was what I eat and wanting to up medication to gain weight. Told her other things going on that might be affecting weight loss but she didn't act like she was interested with that. She wasn't like Dr Weber or the Nurse Practitioner I saw 2 months ago. She said eat anything I want other than salad. Dr Weber said there were things I shouldn't eat cause it would bother my gastroperis. If she's the same in March with me I won't come back unless you change me to a different doctor there. Thank you
My granddaughter wasn't happy with her either.

The staff at UAB are always so kind, patient, and friendly. We never have to wait long for any appt, and always leave feeling as though we weren't rushed and our needs were addressed. We continue to be both impressed and grateful for the excellent care I have received at UAB, including Dr. Hameed and her staff at TKC GI clinic.

The entire experience, from the moment I checked in was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Hameed was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. I can’t thank her enough for the special, excellent care she provided.
