Dr. Rossi explained her thoughts, opinions on my chances for a successful transplant. Very understanding, listened to our concerns, questions,. It wasn't the answer we were looking for, but were in agreement with her assessment.

Something has changed at Piedmont and I love it. The doctors treat you as a human being and then a patient. They are so loving and concerned and helpful again I love it good work Piedmont

Everyone mentioned above in that paragraph Was an outstanding individual. They never did anything that I felt was not necessary but mostly not needed. I greatly appreciate their contribution but most of all that was involved, their dedication outstanding.

it was oddly comforting to see a team going about the business of assessment to transplant with such efficiency. There was certainly a seriousness with the process but everyone was just business as usual. As a patient, to see the process as "just our everyday business and what we do all the time" was very calming. Everyone was confident and answers questions with ease and authority. very good experience.

I know a Liver transplant/graft recipient that had her procedure done at Piedmont and she really gave you all high marks. I echo her experience so far. I think I'd rather be left in the dark about some things, but we seemed to have gone over all the pros and cons and I think I'm more comfortable now than when this all started.
