Dr. Varnar was great—pleasant and easy to talk to, very caring and personable. I do like her very much.
Her assistant, who was of Asian descent, was the complete opposite. Her behavior was so robotic and cold that it really affected me. I still can't get the experience out of my head, which shows just how much a person's attitude can impact a patient's visit. She may be qualified for the position but not suitable for a patient care position.
