While the provider was not overtly rude/nasty, I had the feeling that she could literally not care less about my well being. I understand that, at the end of the day, this is a job, and she is there to get paid and not to become best friends with her patients, but a modicum of empathy could go a long way.
Perhaps this is not her fault, it could be due to the way you handle billing in an overly profit driven environment, but I was also met with resistance because I had the audacity to have multiple physical ailments. Both my pectoral/shoulder region as well as my knee were in pain, but the provider made it clear that the appointment was only supposed to be either or.

Amy was excellent... knowledgeable and took the time to review my x-ray and explain the bruise to my knee.

The X-ray technician was very good.
The physicians assistant who examined me was very thorough, listened carefully to my issues, described the issues she saw in my x-ray and discussed the follow-up treatment recommended.
Very satisfied with the appointment. I was also given a tour of the PT facility.

Respectful, knowledgeable, explained clearly the situation, professional. A smile once in a while would help make a patient feel better.

My provider,Amy Skinner, listened intently to me, answered and explained my questions in a manner which I understood. She was very pleasant ,professional , kind and caring about my concerns.As a matter of fact, this is the first orthopedic Clinic where I met staff who actually smiled and appeared to be enthusiastic about whatever they role is. I am Grateful.

Amy was a little curt and could be friendlier, but overall feel like she did a thorough job doing a physical exam on me and giving me a diagnosis which is what I was there for.
